Property Managment Services-

Classic Realty Consultants is a full service Fee Based Property Management Company.

Our management style contemporary and innovated.  We offer a  web based service to all Owners and Residents giving them access to a web based management system to pay rent, check account balance, or submit service requests or in the case of our Owner Clients, they can view up to date information and reports.

At the end of the month, the clients will receive a full comprehensive financial report complete with a narrative of the status of the community.   Each community will have its own Trust accounts; operations and security deposit account with a national banking institution.  Personal visits to all sites each and every month; with personalized service being our priority.

Fees are negotiable,  and contracts can either be short or long term. 

Consulting Services -

Monthly Consulting and Project Management:
  Classic Property Consultants offers additional services to Property Owners who can manage on their own, but need someone to guide them through a project or concern.  We have seen and been through just about every problem or project related to multi-family management.  Allow us to help you!  Consulting fees are reasonable, and allow property owners to be successful even when they lack the experience and knowledge.

Due Diligence Assistance:  A detailed inspection consists of a physical inspection of each unit with special attention to the remaining life expectancy to all aspects of the dwellings, including but not ,limited to plumbing, electrical, flooring, appliances, counter tops, cabinets, and HVAC.

The exterior inspection consists of the a full inspection of the roof, walls, windows, front door, all common area, and any amenity that is located on the site. A comprehensive inspection report submitted within 5 days of completion.  Additional services would include detail of repair costs, along with comprehensive bids from local contractors for the deficiencies noted in the inspection.

Financial Audit:  The audit consists of a comprehensive analysis of financial statements, physical audit of all residential files, both lease files and the permanent work order files, and from that information a comprehensive snapshot of the true economic condition of the property.

Depending on the services, Pricing for comprehensive Inspection report is negotiable, and discounts given if management is retained by Classic Realty Consultants at acquisition.
